Every cell of our being, every strand of our DNA, is woven by threads of remembrance.

Like the lion and lioness held in a lifetime of captivity, we too feel deep within our cells an insatiable call towards the wild.

Do you feel your wild nature pulsating from within?

We are not on this Earth to be held in captivity. Bounded by the confines of conditioning.

We live on the edges of our wildest nature.

May we surrender. Releasing the layers of conditioning that have kept us safe.

Thank each of them as you let them go.

And as we let go,

We succumb fully to the highest levels of blissful, pleasurable, wild innocence.

The wild human. 🦁🌹

Indulging fully in every human emotion.

I call upon the Lion spirit to walk with me as I prowl the abundant jungles of my life.

Reminding me, every step of the way, of my aliveness. Reminding me of my power, pleasure, and wild nature that is my birthright.

It is my goal, as a yoga teacher, to help students feel it is safe to be in their body. To take the power of your body back. From this place, we drop into the intuitive wisdom our body has to offer. I’ve found that when I become deeply embodied and tapped into my sensuality, simple moments become more pleasurable, my heart becomes more expansive, and my life flows with more ease. My hope is to share this pleasure, joy, and heart-wide-open feeling with as many people as possible. So, here’s a Vinyasa flow class devoted to just that.
