🚨Patient Success Story🚨

Taylor has been dealing with ITB and knee pain when running for over a year, and recently she was able to complete the first race mostly pain free since starting PT. “Back from Steamboat with a 30 minute PR! IT band felt great!”

🚨Patient Success Story🚨

“I got a virus and January that attacked my inner ear. Completely knocked me out bed ridden for the first week with constant vertigo. It ends up being what’s called Vestibular Nueritis and my balance system was undone and needed to be reset. My first couple appointments with Zach it was a struggle to just walk in and not throw up. The vertigo was one of the worst things I’ve experienced in my life.

Progress went in fits and starts. Some days I would leave PT and need to lay down for the rest of the day. Some days I felt great afterwords. Zack told me progress would come in 2 steps forward 1 step back kinds of ways and that was right.

The creativity that Zack brought to my sessions amazed me. All the different movements that we progressed through along with mental exercises to really test my system.

I graduated from PT last week and now I’m back to trail running and looking forward to the mountain bike season. This last bit of balance to get back might still take a while but I feel myself continuing to heal.

Grateful for the team at Panther to Zack for all he did for me and the others who stepped in.”

‼️Patient Spotlight ‼️

After years of left hip pain, Kirsten began her journey with us in June 2024 following labrum reconstruction & derotational surgery. In November, she continued her rehab journey and underwent right total hip replacement to address her pain and dysfunction . As of February 2025 Kirsten has returned to running, and on her birthday, was able to complete The Manitou Incline 35 minutes faster than she could pre surgery!
