Yesterday was tomato day at our house! I don't grow my own tomatoes, so i don't really save money, but these taste so good! Last year I could not get canning lids, so i tried freezing and it worked well. Did half plain and half sauce....the house smelled so good yesterday!

Who knew you could buy frozen sweet potatoes? Learned this at my local coop store. Here I used them with cut up white potatoes and onions and a little olive oil for some yummy roast potatoes.
