At 60 years old, Missy has lost 2.4 pounds of body fat in the last week alone...

We are abolishing an industry-wide theory that women hit an age where they cannot lose body fat anymore with Missy, my very accomplished 60 year old client!

These pics are of her in the 2015 Tri-Fitness Challenge, winning 1st place in her age bracket, and 13th overall out of over 300 women. She has won numerous gold medals in gymnastics, and two other fitness competitions.

Since her last competition, she was told by two doctors that she won't compete again because she cannot lose her body fat anymore due to her age. Though it does get more difficult as hormones change, nothing is impossible with dedication and finding the right help.

Missy has lost 2.4 pounds of body fat in the last week alone while following our nutrition plan, cardio plans, workouts, as well as her routine gymnastics work. She will be contest ready in less than 8 weeks, and she will be stronger than she ever has been!

She came to me for help with many injuries she was working through, hoping she could do one last competition. Her injuries have all been improved... some completely, and she is more driven than ever before to give it her all!

Aside from just being a fitness competition (routine required), there are two obstacle courses, and strength tests (such as benching 60% of your body weight for 50 reps) that she must push through. It is very intense!
