Are you looking to lose some weight, get more toned, train for a race, or want to get your butt kicked during a workout? I am an ACE Certified Personal trainer in the Southwest Denver area who would love to help you achieve your fitness goals. I believe 60% of your health is what you ingest into your body, which 40% is how active you are. I also am an ACE certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, so I can help you make good food choices coupled with a physical activity plan. I am addicted to working out. I love the challenge of coming up with unique exercise programs for individuals, as well as showing others the proper technique to performing various moves. I train out of a private fitness studio. I also hold boot camps outside in public areas and use body weight training, resistance bands and props (ie. benches) in the area to provide an awesome workout. Participants have thanked me a couple days after our session (once the pain has subsided) for the great workout. I am a strong believer in functional training. You need to train the way your body moves, so that you are able to easily do all the things you want to do in your daily lives. Part of my job as a personal trainer is to motivate you and help you achieve your fitness goal, regardless of what it is. I am committed to keeping you on track and helping you reach your goal and see those results that come with it. Once you achieve that goal, I will help you develop a new one. I love the challenge of coming up with unique exercise programs for individuals! I also am a believer that what you put in your body is as important as what you can do with your body. Good nutrition and regular exercise is essential to leading a healthy life! Not in the area or would you prefer to workout out on your own? Earning 2 college degrees. Moving across the country to a new city. Putting myself out there to make new friends. Quitting a stable, well paying job to start my own business in a completely different field. Running numerous races. Recovering from hip surgery. Hiking, climbing, and paddling so many miles. Lifting heavy stuff.

This all proves that I can do hard things.

I am so blessed with the life I've led. Thankful for the direction God has directed for me. Thankful to be able to physically and mentally do everything on this list.

My most recent "achievement" was crushing the today.

But the hardest thing I have done by far and am still doing is becoming a mom. Pregnancy was hard, the newborn stage was hard and now the toddler stage is the hardest of all so far.

But I need to constantly remind myself that I can do hard things.

And if I can do it, so can you - even if what's hard for me and you differ.

I just hit 300 rides on my . I chose to do a ride I had done and bookmarked from a year ago when the world started to shut down. I was 3 months pregnant then and felt nervous and unsure of what our future and my business' future was going to look like, but felt empowered by the encouragement from (hence the bookmark). Now at 5 months postpartum, the world is still an unsure place. But I'm here and I am stronger than I was a year ago.

As Sloane and I shout every day...

I am brave.
I am kind.
I am important.
I am beautiful.

In this past year, we all have proven our resiliency and adaptivity to change whether we liked it or not. And we are all stronger for it.

This is how we have been spending a lot of our time. Baby wearing and stroller pushing. Having 2 kids is definitely a juggling act, but I am so thankful for the nice weather we have had so we can get outside and walk/play at the park.

Movement of any kind has kept me sane - that and occasionally locking myself in the bathroom. 😂

39+ weeks pregnant and just slayed 30 min upper body bike bootcamp. These bike bootcamps are the way I normally love to train (although I'd prefer running to biking). I couldn't do all the metrics she asked but I did what my body would allow at this stage of life. And for that I'm proud. ♥️
