How to Set Boundaries in Close Quarters

When you’re stuck in one place or crammed together with other people for an unknown period of time, setting boundaries presents a whole new challenge. For example:

During this crisis, it’s more important than ever to establish healthy boundaries. Your family, friends, and community need you. But, in order to help others, your own mental and emotional health must be a priority.
Alison's free webinar will explain 5 types of boundaries that every person should set in close quarters. In addition, she'll lead you through a guided exercise that you can use to stay calm and connected, and take time to answer your questions.
When your boundaries are strong, you will care well for struggling children. You will encourage your friends and neighbors. Best of all, you will emerge on the other side of this crisis even stronger.
