Good morning and Happy New Year's Eve.
I know many people in my community will not be celebrating as the fires rage through their community.
And really, sometimes my heart just aches to see what is going on all throughout the world.
And then there's the joy and gratitude for all we have in this world.
I love this day and reflecting on what is, AND how my spirit wants to move forward.

For some people, the journal in this Stress-Relief in a Box was their favorite item.
Since we really can't stop our thoughts, we will always have something to journal about that can clue us into our wants and desires.
It could be more joy, health, compassion, wealth, relaxation....
AND sometimes it's nice to have journaling prompts.

I sure wish things had been different and what this person saw was true. Flying now, for me, is totally stressful and I have to dig deep to stay a nice person. Guess there is hope that the process gets better.

Connie’s passion has always been about health and the mind/body connection. She started doing yoga in high school after picking up a book on yoga and read about the correlation between how being flexible in body can help with being flexible in the mind.

So… she got her bachelor’s degree in business and finance. Through that she found her other passion, business and entrepreneurship.

She then went on to get her master’s degree in Oriental Medicine and studied in Beijing for several months afterwards.
