Today, during our extended Week of Hope in partnership with American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, the Mevion team came together to share messages of strength, encouragement, and compassion. 💙

Employees wrote heartfelt notes for patients, caregivers, and staff staying at a Hope Lodge, reminding those facing cancer that they are not alone and that hope is always within reach. Alongside the team, our Chairman, Dr. Lawrence Tian, and CEO, Dr. Tina Yu, added their own messages of support.

Small messages can carry powerful impact, and we’re proud to continue supporting and uplifting this incredible community.

This past weekend, one of our incredible Field Service Engineers fired up the smoker to give back at the Oklahoma City Hope Lodge, a program of the American Cancer Society. 🍖

He prepared brisket, pulled pork, and three racks of ribs for patients and their families staying at the lodge while receiving treatment. Guests came and went throughout the afternoon, sharing a meal, conversation, and a moment of comfort together.

We’re proud to support the mission of the American Cancer Society and the Hope Lodge program, which provides a home away from home for people facing cancer.

We were honored to welcome representatives from Senator Elizabeth Warren's office to Mevion’s headquarters in Littleton, MA this week.

During their visit, our team shared how proton therapy is transforming cancer treatment by delivering highly precise radiation that helps spare healthy tissue and improve outcomes for patients. The discussion highlighted the importance of continued innovation in cancer care and expanding access to advanced treatment technologies.
