It's finally here for me, retirement. There, I've said it. Retirement for me is an end of something and also a beginning of something new. Not sure what that new thing is yet but it will be waiting for me when I'm ready.

I want to reach out to all of you and let you know from the bottom of my heart how grateful I am to each and every one of you for trusting me to take care of your needs. My business would be nothing without you. It's been 22 years servicing all of you and you all will be missed.

So far, so good. No COVID-19 outbreaks in this office since reopening last July! We will continue safety protocols. Everyone here has been fully vaccinated. So far, 85% of clients are fully vaccinated and quite a few more have had their first one!

We have been getting a lot of client complaints about tight chest/pec muscles. A lot of things can imbalance these muscles. We are either going back to the gym, after a long break or home exercising. Doing more pushups, etc....Our whole way of every day routines have changed from working at home and not having proper ergonomics like we had in the office. The body will recruit other muscles if it feels it needs to be stabilized. The pecs is one of those muscles. Here's an article I think will help with relieving chest tightness.
