The Constellation Awards, presented by the Foundation for Surgical Technology, celebrate the educators who shape and inspire the next generation of surgical technologists. These awards recognize excellence at three stages: rising stars, guiding stars, and veteran stars.

Surgical technologist educators don’t just teach skills, they build confidence, sharpen critical thinking, and guide future CSTs toward excellence in the OR.

AST is proud to sponsor a medical mission trip with Hearts in Motion, January 30 – February 8, 2026! This opportunity will bring CSTs together to support gynecology and general surgeries in Guatemala, helping patients and changing lives.
