May is National Mental Health Awareness Month! In Littleton, we are kicking this off in a big way!

On May 2nd from 10AM-1:PM at the Littleton Community Center, on 120 Main Street in Littleton, Flourish Together: A Community Approach to Mental Health, is hosting a FREE Mental Health and Wellness fair. All attendees will be entered into a raffle. You won't want to miss this! There are over 25 participating organizations focusing on all aspects of wellbeing.

Also, note the Free Sports Equipment exchange. Bring any equipment/gear you want to donate and find your new fitness related treasure! FREE!!!

There will be no peer support staff at The Senior Center this Thursday and Friday, 4/9 and 4/10 because we are busy getting set up at our new location at 262 Cottage St., Suite 300, in the old hospital building. We will officially open on Monday, April 13th, 8 AM - 4 PM!

Planning for Flourish Together this May is officially underway 💚

We’re so excited about the ideas and sessions that are taking shape:

🚲 A family bike ride
🌿 A night out focused on self-care for moms
🎬 Mental health-related movies at the cinema
🧠 A community-wide wellness fair and open houses

…and much more!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to:
💚 Reduce stigma
💚 Increase awareness and understanding
💚 Encourage open conversations
💚 Remind people that support is available and that they are not alone

At the heart of everything we’re planning is that same intention:
Creating spaces where people can come together, feel supported, and experience what it means to flourish - together.
