Join us this Saturday for a special community lesson open to the community!
Together, we’ll explore different types of Qigong (energy and breathwork practices) and discover how they can support emotional balance, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
This session is designed for all ages, levels, and abilities—no prior experience required.
We’re honored to welcome Master Megan Cullerton, visiting from the Boston area. With over 35 years of teaching experience, she will share her deep knowledge and guidance, making this a truly unique and inspiring opportunity you won’t want to miss.

Location: Human Harmonies Center (located inside the Body Mind Systems Center which is next door to the Pizza Hut and Crepe restaurant)
Parking Note: If the upper lot is full, additional parking is available in the lower lot. Stairs along W. Bowles Ave will bring you up to our location.
