It’s been a long journey.
A journey that one day I will share in more detail someday.

The first picture was taken about 6 years ago. It was this picture that made me say, that is it! I am doing this, no matter what it takes.

The second picture was 08/16 at the NJ State Championships. The first time I stepped on stage.
I have learned soooooooooo much throughout the past few years, and this is still just the beginning

what I have really been reflecting on, especially the last few weeks as things have been pretty tough preparing for this next competition.

1. Stop comparing your journey to others. We are all unique. And, the person you may be comparing yourself to most likely have been on their journey for a very long time.
2. sometimes, even if you’re doing everything perfectly, your body might not do exactly what you want it to do.
3. I am reminded to focus on, and celebrate how far I’ve come! instead of being disappointed for not being where I want to be yet.
4. I am reminded, that it is a privilege to have the ability to chase these goals, and that this is a journey to be enjoyed. It’s a process that cannot be rushed.


so this week, as I inch closer to masters nationals, I am choosing to celebrate how far I’ve come 🎉instead of fixating on where I want to be.
I am celebrating wrapping up my first season as a fit model competitor and look forward to setting goals for next season 🥳💪

Our member spotlight for this month is the lovely Carly Best! From New Zealand to the White Mountains, Carly has spent over a decade chasing strength. And she’s not slowing down anytime soon. 💪

She’s proud to hold New England records and to have won Masters Nationals, all while continuing to hit PRs year after year. Next up: she’s competing in the USA Open Finals and Masters Worlds (Dec 4–7)!

When she’s not lifting, you’ll find her enjoying good food, time with her dogs, and the peace of nature.
We’re proud to have Carly as part of the Littleton Fitness community, and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next!

It’s that time of year again — everything feels busy, routines get messy, and fitness goals start to take a back seat.

But here’s the truth: there will always be something going on. Deadlines, family plans, end-of-year chaos. Waiting for the “right time” only makes it harder to start.

Meet Alyssa MacLeod — our new Licensed Massage Therapist at Littleton Fitness!

Alyssa helps members recover faster, move better, and feel stronger — whether you’re training hard, managing soreness, or just need to relax.

As a lifelong athlete, she’s done it all: CrossFit, ultra marathons, obstacle races, even paragliding! Her experience gives her a deep understanding of how the body works and how vital recovery is at every age and fitness level.

Each session is tailored to you: improving mobility, reducing pain, easing stress, and helping you stay active and balanced.

✨ There’s no better time than right now ✨
The holidays are coming, and it’s easy to think “I’ll start after…” — after the parties, after the food, after the chaos. But the truth is, life will always have something going on — birthdays, vacations, busy weeks.

Learning to balance it all while still showing up for yourself is where real progress happens. Starting now means you’re not waiting for the “perfect time” — you’re creating it.

Littleton Fitness is ONE! I can’t believe it’s already been a year since this journey started, and we have grown so much!

We started October 2024 with 260 members and we are now a community of almost 800! What a blessing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, every gym member and friends. We love and appreciate you, and we can’t wait for what the next year brings!

Hello Utah! 🏜️🌵☀️ What a throwback to this incredible white rim trail we did earlier this month. I’m reminded again that it’s no use strengthening your body or spending hours in the gym if you’re not going to make the most of it outside of the gym as well. 🚴🏻‍♀️
