Our trip to Hudson Gardens in Littleton, Colorado was a huge success!

🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Littleton + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud to share the incredible progress one of our residents has made in just two weeks of rehab! When they first began, they needed full assistance with transfers, bathing, and dressing. Through hard work and dedication, they’ve made amazing strides. Now, they only need partial help with transfers and bathing and can dress their upper body completely on their own. Even more exciting, they shared that their satisfaction with their progress has doubled! We’re thrilled to celebrate their growing independence and confidence. 💪✨

🌟 Another amazing StoneCreek of Littleton + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud of the amazing progress one of our Memory Care residents has made! They were facing challenges with dressing and bathing, often feeling unsure about selecting clothes and showing some resistance to bathing. With the gentle, compassionate support of our occupational therapy team, we introduced simple changes to help make daily routines easier and more comforting. The closet was organized with clear labels and color-coded clothing, and a visible hamper was added for soiled clothes. Staff also began using pleasantly scented shampoos and soaps to make bath time a more positive experience.

Thanks to these thoughtful efforts, the resident now selects outfits more independently, places clothes in the hamper with gentle prompts, and enjoys the sensory comfort of the fruity scents during bathing. These small but meaningful changes have boosted their confidence, dignity, and overall quality of life!
