Last week was so delightful and fun! 🤩 We absolutely loved seeing everyone embrace the fun for Spirit Week, followed by the perfect dose of spooky fun with our Witches Brew Tea Party ☕️🔮 on Thursday and a Batty Happy Hour on Friday! 🦇🍹 Cheers to an amazing community and all the incredible memories we made!

Last Friday, our residents took a fantastic trip to the Celestial Seasonings Tea Factory! We got a full sensory experience—watching the equipment in action, soaking in the incredible aromatics of fresh herbs, and learning how these world-famous teas are sourced. Our taste buds were definitely begging for more by the end of the tour!

This is what retirement should feel like: exciting, engaging, and delicious!

✨ Fun Fact Alert! Celestial Seasonings uses special no-string tea bags for their products. Why? This simple change saves over 3.5 million pounds of waste every year! It's an amazing commitment to sustainability we got to see firsthand.

This past Wednesday, our creative coven gathered for a spellbinding afternoon of crafting! 🎨🧵 In preparation for our upcoming Witches Tea Party, we hosted the first of two enchanting witch & wizard hat-making sessions—and wow, did our residents bring the magic! 💫

From glittering glam to spooky chic, each hat was a masterpiece, as unique and fabulous as the amazing ladies who made them. The room was filled with laughter, creativity, and excitement for the festivities ahead. 🥰

This week, our community was treated to a heartwarming and hands-on Open House Card Making Session, hosted by the talented Jil and Kay—family members of one of our residents and the creative minds behind Inspired, Ink., a Stampin’ Up! affiliated business. 💌

Residents had the joy of choosing from a beautiful variety of autumn-themed card designs and crafting their own heartfelt creations. For those who preferred to shop, Jil and Kay also set up a charming pop-up shop featuring handmade calendars, bookmarks, cards, and festive Halloween boxes. 🎃🛍️

Beyond the crafts, the day was filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, and connection. Jil and Kay’s passion for creativity and community truly shined, and we’re so grateful for the love and energy they brought to our space. 💕
