Our Global Herbal Foundations Course begins October 30th! Explore herbs and herbal healing traditions from around the world, hands on medicine making and crafting of herbal remedies, and the foundations of herbalism.

We have two sessions available. We'll meet for 16 Thursdays 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. or 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. between October and May.

You'll walk away understanding the foundations of herbalism, herbal remedies to stock your home apothecary, how to use 100 herbs to enhance your health and wellbeing, and recipes for classic herbal remedies to support yourself, family, and friends.

Explore foundations of herbalism in the Global Herbal Foundations course as we delve into different areas of the world to learn about healing traditions and ethnobotany focused on medicinal plants. Learn the foundations of herbalism alongside global materia medica (herbal plants and their uses), healing rituals, and herbal recipes of Italy, Ireland, Belize, and the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest to gain a perspective of herbs used around the world.

Elderberry is a perfect botanical for the October season to experiment with through taste, harvesting, and the sight of its beautiful deep purple berries! Pick up your elderberry syrup kit, elderberries, and...oh wait...and elderberry wine!? That's right, we are about to bottle our wine this month! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This review made our day from a couple that we had out at Bridget's Botanicals this week! We have been offering "Date Night" events over the last year and have been thrilled with how it has been bringing couples together to explore their relationship and intimacy through herbs.

Pelvic floor health is important for women of any age, especially during and post pregnancy, for pelvic pain, dysfunction, and for urinary incontinence.
