So a few months ago we bought a pizza oven and we've been testing recipes until we finally got the right one. THIS is the right one....made with a combination of 3 different flours, strong bread that was freshly milled, 00 Caputo Flour and Whole Wheat flour. It turned out the most flavorful, crispy, chewy crust, the kind you can only get in Brooklyn or NYC. Not any more.....:cause you can get some real authentic NY pizza right here in Northern New Hampshire ❤️😍🥰 @ Littleton, New Hampshire
