Edited post: Our Stuff the Tent Event was a blast!
Huge thanks to all the staff and Volunteers at UCLC who made the day so special for our guests. Also, a huge thank you to our friends at CCross and Crown Churchfor showing up to cook even though they were back the next day doing Sunday lunch! And last but certainly not least, the biggest thank you to all the people who showed up to donate items and money to help our neighbors without walls. We are in awe at the support that you all have shown us in the last year and this event did not disappoint, you came through again! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!

Please help if you can. When the AAugusta Overnight Emergency Warming Centercloses at the end of this month there will be more than 50 unhoused individuals that will also be unsheltered. UCLC is having a Stuff the Tent Event where the community can drop off needed items that our guests will need to survive outdoors this summer. Please see the list below and donate if you can. We will also take cash donations to purchase items that are needed but not donated.
Thank you all for your kindness and generosity ❤️

Maine’s Winter Disconnection Protection prevents electric and gas utilities from shutting off your service during colder months, even if you can’t pay. Spring is almost here, and that protection ends on April 15. This is a good time to check on your account and review your payment options. Taking a few minutes now can prevent added stress or surprises next month. Remember: If you’re worried about paying your bill, help is available.
