Some of the faces of our “winter doesn’t have to suck” challenge that took us right into “spring” (in theory…)

Challenge: 3 Trg sessions; 3 outside days; 3 days of a nutrition goal, 1 pic to prove it all.

This wasn’t about nailing perfection daily. It was making intentional small steps of progress.

Pretty sure the participants will continue their effort - this was a great start!

Competition was tight with just a point separating top spots- Angela was our official winner!

Great work to all- keep going!
