Dr. Murphy works with everyone, from expecting moms and kids to weekend warriors and grandparents… and best of all, she tailors every treatment to what you need most, in the Balanced way. She is passionate about helping people feel their best through movement, chiropractic care, and a holistic approach to health, and an incredible addition to our team!

Meet Sonia – Our new massage therapist at Balanced Livermore!

We’re very excited to welcome Sonia to our team. A Certified Massage Therapist with over 13 years of experience and a degree in Kinesiology, Sonia brings both expertise and compassion to our massage apppointments. Her goal is to help you heal, feel better, and move with ease.

Sonia offers a wide range of techniques and can adjust pressure from light to very firm based on your needs. Her specialties include:

Meet our incredible chiropractors, Dr. Nic and Dr. Sabena!

Both are dedicated to their patients and their community, with a side of fun.

Dr. Nic is a Livermore local with a background in sports medicine, specializing in helping everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors move and feel better. When he’s not at the clinic, you can find him herding cats… we mean kids… coaching flag football or assisting on the little league field for Granada Little League.

Dr. Sabena is Webster Certified with a passion for providing personalized care, using techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. When she’s not helping patients, she’s out exploring the Bay Area with Blue, her fluffy 22lb doodle sidekick. She also enjoys checking out new local restaurants on date nights with her husband.

At Balanced Livermore, we believe in getting to the root of the problem, providing hands-on care, and making sure you leave feeling better than when you walked in. We’re proud to be part of the Livermore community and look forward to helping you move better, feel better, and live better.

We are so excited to introduce the newest member of the Balanced Livermore team, Charmaine! Charmaine brings a wealth of experience to our clinic. She has worked extensively as a Chiropractic Assistant and Physical Therapy Technician in both clinical and rehabilitation settings. Her passion for movement and rehabilitation is rooted in her early career as a personal trainer, and most recently, during her schooling to become a Physical Therapy Assistant.

At Balanced Livermore, Charmaine is dedicated to ensuring each patient receives high-quality support in their healing journey.
