Haque Chiropractic Inc. We are a Chiropractic wellness center treating families, sports injuries and car accidents. Every one is there for a specific goal not to hang out or socialize.

We also offer Cryoskin therapy including slimming, anti-aging treatments, weight loss programs, healthy supplements and more! There are several gyms and personal training packages available to the public, but Lifestyle Fitness is unique in several aspects.

1. Lifestyle fitness is not an open gym
There are no general memberships at Lifestyle Fitness only training packages. When you are at lifestyle fitness it is for only one reason and that is to be trained. Personal training is supposed to be personal. Clients need to feel personalized and special and that is how they feel when they know that their trainer is not distracted by other members or management. This allows the client to obtain their needs on a physical and emotional level.

2. Tailored Nutritional Program for each client
The importance of gaining strength and working out is always outweighed by the importance of nutrition. I always tell each client before they sign up with Lifestyle Fitness that 80% of reaching their goals will depend on what they eat and their commitment to changing their eating habits. Once they agree, they are given a specific printed meal plan that is designed for their age, weight, height, diet restrictions, activity level, workouts and goals. This meal plan is given to every client on a weekly basis so that they have a guideline to follow when going to the grocery store and making food choices.

3. Complete health assessment preformed before training begins
Every individual has a history of their ailments, injuries and limitations that can hinder their workouts or can be at risk of further injury if not addressed. That is why as part of every training package, every client receives a complete chiropractic, neurological, orthopedic and postural examination performed by my wife who is a licensed practicing Chiropractor located in the same parking lot as my facility. If needed, she will also take necessary X-rays at no cost to the client and then report her findings to the client and their trainer so that they are trained to the best of their ability and safely.

4. Affordability
Lifestyle fitness is not only competitive with other training packages available in the community, but it is more affordable than almost all other gyms. Lifestyle fitness is designed so that people can continue to receive training on an ongoing basis and be part of their lifestyle. Every package includes the nutritional program, the complete examination, health assessments throughout their training to monitor success, towel and water service, availability to use cardio equipment at the client’s leisure and the emotional support and connection with their trainer.

5. Training for change, not for learning how to use equipment
Many training packages at gyms are lessons on how to use every single piece of weight equipment in the gym and not a workout itself. The clients at lifestyle fitness never have to focus on how to use a certain machine because their trainer is there to provide them with the training and set their machines for them, bring them their weights and change up their workouts and weights according to the client’s progress and muscle memory. Performing one routine workout will eventually lead to muscle adaptation not allowing any further change or progress. Every trainer is certified to continually change up workout routines and weight limits to safely challenge the client’s fitness ability to allow for further progress.

6. Keeping clients motivated
I know how difficult it is to stay focused and motivated on a goal with American influence of unhealthy foods and technology driven laziness. That is why at Lifestyle Fitness we incorporate a contest named after the famous “Biggest Loser Contest” to help motivate our clients. The contest has a cash prize for the client who reaches their weight loss goal. This contest stirs up excitement and more enjoyment in their workouts for our clients who participate.

7. Trainers commitment to their clients
Every trainer is not only certified but is committed to their clients by developing a real connection with them. The trainers that are employed by Lifestyle Fitness are not there for a moment in time or for secondary income. Most trainers view their job as their career and are serious about their client’s needs.

8. Our clients stay
About 60% of the clients at Lifestyle Fitness have been a client for 1 year or more. Some clients have been training at the facility since the doors first opened and continue to stay on because of the service and training they receive, their connection with their trainer, affordability and because it has truly become part of their lifestyle.
