Our yoga community calls the beautiful historic Forester's Hall our home: 2500 sq. studio, large windows, high ceilings–considered by many to be the loveliest space in the TriValley. We offer a full schedule of classes: Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, plus Ayurvedic consultations, special workshops, and yoga teacher training programs. This program includes unlimited yoga classes for the months of the program, plus an additional certification in Yin Yoga. In-person classes begin January 30th. We had a full house, vinyasa practice and Kirtan in our Thanksgiving morning class—with a lot of heart and community. We raised money for Veterans Yoga Project, soaked in the vibes of live music from the talented Matt Finders Jazz Quartet, and felt deep gratitude for this place/this time/this day. Last Yin+Soundbath of the year: Join Suzanna Spring, Nicola Buffa and Kevin Paris for an Autumn Yin Deep Soak to support our immunity as we move toward the colder weather and winter. Autumn season Yin nourishes the lungs, which carry Wei Qi, the protective Qi that builds our immunity The partner organ of the lungs is the large intestine, and this yin practice will nourish both. Soak in the Yin practice with a soundscape from international recording artist Kevin Paris. Then savor a long, restorative Savasana with a soundbath of beautiful crystal bowls, sruti box, gongs and chimes, from acclaimed San Francisco sound healer Nicola Buffa.
Autumn is the season of transition– to earlier sunsets and turning inward. Yin yoga is a deep practice that stimulates connective tissues, lubricates our joints, and nourishes our organs through the energetic meridians of the body. Link in bio.
