How to Book a Reservation
1: Tap “Book”
2: The reservation will gray out accompanied with a check mark indicating that you are booked into this reservation.
3: To view upcoming reservations you’ve made, tap the “Profile” icon and all future bookings will be listed.

How to Search for a Reservation
1: A) Tap the “Book” icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
B) At top, scroll left or right to view categories: Lap Pool (lap lane swimming), Workout
Pods, Free Swim (individual Family Pool swim time) and Group Classes (live
and online).
C) After tapping Lap Pool or Workout Pods, an orange banner with a black down arrow
will appear.
2: Tap the down arrow and all lap lanes or workout pods will appear. Tap the lane or pod of your choice to view open reservations and then choose a time.
3: After tapping Group Classes or Free Swim all available reservations will automatically appear. Tap the class or time you would like to reserve.

Your new LifeStyleRx App is here!
Easier class reservations, manage your account information - lots of great features to enhance your experience with LifeStyleRx. If you reserve via the app reservations from Monday 8th will be via the new app.

To download the new app, search the app or play store for “LifeStyleRx – Stanford”
If you would like to receive notifications, tap “allow” and stay current with facility updates.
How to Create an Account
Using your email address on file with LifeStyleRx:
1: Tap the “More” icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
2: Tap “Sign In”
3: Tap “Forgot your password?” Enter a password and an email verification will be sent. Once you verify your email address, your app is ready to use!
