Hello followers. Beginning October 16th, I will be offering a yoga for breast cancer recovery and beyond Samadhi Yoga located in Liverpool NY.

Those out of area and would like the begin the glass, there will also be a virtual.

Class time is at 1:30.
Registration is required.
