At Clay Open MRI, patient comfort is one of our greatest concerns. We understand that this may be a stressful time for you. Our scanner is open on all four sides, unlike the traditional closed tunnel type scanners found in other Syracuse and surrounding facilities. This is an excellent option for: ~Claustrophobic Patients ~Pediatric Patients(as a parent can lie in the scanner with the child) ~Larger Patients (up to 500lbs) ~Physically Challenged Patients We are proud of the professional quality of service provided by our radiologists, technologists, staff and management team. Our radiologists are board certified and fellowship trained. They include sub-specialists in virtually all fields of radiology, such as neuro-radiology, musculoskeletal imaging, body imaging, vascular and pediatric radiology. They also encourage a close relationship and frequent consultation with the referring clinician. Our facility is ACR accreditated.
