As the founder of Lifestyle Occupational Therapy, I work with individuals and organizations to treat holistically and maximize solutions to overcome the causes of pain from repetitive stress, poor ergonomics, or injuries by adjusting their environment and teaching long term strategies for longevity as I want individuals to remain healthy. Lifestyle Occupational Therapy (LOT), does this through pain relief treatments, rehabilitation, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices that increase life fulfillment. Using myofascial release and structural bodywork strategies, I implement ways to help one’s posture and musculoskeletal system. Time is the most valuable asset we have, which is why I am incredibly passionate about helping individuals by providing them with a personalized range of strategies to enhance their overall well-being within their day-to-day life, as well as within the workplace by developing affordable and practical solutions for the office. LOT provides guidance to both individuals and organizations alike so that they are better equipped to create a safe, sustainable environment, as without proper practices can lead to less than optimal outcomes. As an outdoor adventurer myself, I deeply understand the importance of being able to take part in the things you love and not having pain hold you back, which is why it is of significant value to create healthy patterns, both mentally and physically. With over 30 years of experience as a trusted occupational therapist, paired with my passion for creating a better lifestyle for people, whatever your needs are, we can work together to help you make and sustain positive choices in your life or your workplace.

📣 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞!

After over 30 years of serving others hands-on, I am taking a moment to practice what I teach: balance, focus, and sustainable growth.

I am temporarily placing my Practice Elevated consulting service on hold while I pour my energy into launching Workspace Alchemy, my new digital wellness and ergonomics course. This program has the potential to help far more people protect their health, confidence, and careers in this tech-heavy world… and I want to give it everything it deserves.

I will still provide consulting selectively, by request, as a concierge-style service for professionals who are ready for deep, personalized support.

Helping people thrive has been my life’s work. That does not change. I am just evolving how I deliver it so I can have an even greater impact, while staying aligned with my own well-being and purpose.

Thank you for supporting this next chapter. The best is not behind us. The best is being built as we speak.
