Hydration in winter is just as important in the winter as it is in the summer. If you're one of the many who participate in winter outdoor activities or train at high elevation, ignoring hydration can impact how you feel and perform.

The Quadriceps, more commonly known as the front of the thigh are a group of powerful muscles that are responsible for knee extension, and movements such as walking, running, and jumping. Try a seated leg extension to strengthen the quadriceps muscles. If you don't have access to a machine, try sitting in a chair and simply extending and bending your leg. Advance it by rolling a ball under your heel or adding a resistance band. Then stretch it out by using a wall for balance, bending your knee and pull your foot towards your rear. If you're unable to reach your foot, use a belt or bath robe tie by loop it around your foot and gently pull the ends toward your t**h.
