Now that 2025 is coming to a close,
what are you taking with you into 2026?
What are you releasing?✨

I am choosing to release limitation and fear! And I am bringing in more stories, more flow, more content, more spontaneity, and lots more connection and love.

2025 was more than I bargained for, and I imagine I am in good company with that sentiment.

And yet, here we all are, wiser and stronger, more clear and more determined than ever… to rise in trust, to be our own healers, to embrace our human design… and to give all we have to being the most healthy and loving and creative versions of ourselves.

I get that none of us have the answers. We are all doing the best we can.
🙏🏻(I see you. I honor you.)

In a world that’s been super sped up with stimulus happening from every direction, finding our center is our goal.
It is our medicine.

And we are achieving that goal now by listening, by connecting, by trusting that what’s happening to us, around us, will make more sense to us as we are further along our journey.

And in the meantime,
we feel, we trust,
and we love eachother.
As best we can.

I’m here for it all. I’m here for you.
Have a beautiful New Year.
If you’re tired, rest.
If you’re sad, grieve.
If you’re confused,
stop thinking all together.
The answers will come in the silence.
In the quiet.

And mostly, look around you.

Have you ever been taken over by an emotion and it seems to happen out of nowhere? 😭

You are calm one moment and the next moment, you feel angry or anxious and upset? 😢

In The Body Keeps the Score, Bessel Van der Kolk states:

“Trauma is not just an event that took place sometime in the past; it is also the imprint left by that experience on mind, brain, and body.”

That imprint of trauma in our body can show up in many different ways, in our daily lives, and in our relationships.

Sometimes we are completely unaware that the anger we are feeling today is the anger we couldnt feel when we were first hurt or traumatized.

The body holds on to that hurt and anger because what we went through, what we survived, matters.

🔸The body’s experience matters.🔸

There are still echoes in the field, ripples of unresolved emotion, fear and monitoring active in the body. We don’t feel ok.

🔸Will I be hurt again? Am I safe now?🔸

Trauma can rob us of the feeling of safety in our body. We may even forget that our body ever felt safe prior to our trauma.

We don’t relax.
We monitor.
We brace ourselves.
Our breath is shallow.
Our mind stays busy.
We are restless even when resting.

The first task in our recovery is the AWARENESS that we feel unsafe in the body (even though the threat has passed).

Then we work slowly and gently to create safety again. Or teach the body safety for the first time.

🔸This process is for you if you are ready to reclaim freedom from your past.

🔸This process is for you if you want to become embodied, empowered, and assertive in your life.

🔸This process is for you if you feel you don’t know where to begin…

After a beautiful week of deep healing work with clients, I am in a moment of humble gratitude.💗

The work I am privileged to do is always an honor and sometimes it is an overwhelming honor, because humans are so intricate with their healing.

We hold on to our wounds because the freeze of the wound is more familiar than the freedom of feeling whole and present.

We hold on to the wound because grief can be a safe companion, especially when our hearts are still missing the loved one who moved into the ethers.

Our wounds are our stories. We release them when we are ready.

We integrate them when our hearts feel safe to move forward to a new chapter.

These days, and maybe all days, our wounds are personal and collective, and they are raw. We are heartbroken.

I don’t have any answers.

All I can do myself is keep coming back to my heart, and back to my body. All I can do myself is pray. All I can do myself is be a member of our humanity who listens and learns and loves, and asks of myself, more service, more compassion, and more kindness.

I have felt heartbroken many times over the past many years, tired and worn out, stressed and confused. I have stopped knowing many times which direction is best.

And so I come back to my practice, my understandings, and my truth. I come back to my body, my soul’s knowing. And when I do, I can serve better from a place of grounded presence.

I am here for this journey.

We are all of us together creating this earth. May we do it well. May we create communities of kindness and care.

May we do it with love. 🙏🏻🌹

They honor what we are going through.
They bring us fully into the present.
They are helpers.

How were you taught to feel your emotions as a child? 🌊🌪️

Were you taught that emotions are healthy? Or that feeling your emotions can be healing?

Were you taught to push your emotions away or that feeling them is a weakness?

Were the adults in your life comfortable with you having emotions?

Were you held and reassured? Were you comforted? Did emotions feel safe for you?

So much of how we manage and feel our emotions as adults comes from what we learned as children.

When emotions become overwhelming as adults or when we become fearful of our emotions, it may be because we didn’t feel safe feeling our emotions as children.

✨What is a SoulBody Deep Dive session?

It’s more than just a
session.

It’s an exploratory inquiry
into the conscious,
the semi-conscious,
and the unconscious
aspects of the Body.

It is a radical listening experience of the body’s language and its messages for you.

Haven’t we been told all our lives you can’t walk in someone else’s shoes? How is it possible then to perceive and interpret what’s happening in another person’s body?

Through hours of clinical experience, I have learned how it’s possible.✨

My body knows how to register and reflect what your system is experiencing.
I am able to read the patterns in my own physiology as information about your state.

This is possible because I am interpreting the energetic field between you and me.

I am not in your body.

I am perceiving how the signals from your body, intermingled with my own, change the energetic field that houses us both.

(The idea that we are separate from another, energetically, is the flawed idea.)

Instead, I understand that humans are in a field of energy and that each of us affect and influence the field.

I have learned how to feel the field as a whole and to discern what’s my contribution verses another’s contribution.

It is this understanding that has taught me how to discern what is happening in another, almost as though I am feeling it myself.

This ability is not special to me.
I don’t have a unique gift.

I have learned to listen precisely to what is happening in my own body. And how my body is relating to another.

The field between myself and another is shared, and our bodies are the instruments of perception within that field.

And this is how I understand the Medical Intuitive session. I am listening to the field of interaction, making conscious the unconscious, and precisely interpreting the somatic exchange, and thus amplifying the capacity and potential for healing in present time.

In other words:
I am walking with you and listening with you, holding compassion as the anchor, and love as the bridge.

I am helping you lean into trust. I am encouraging you to listen for your truth.

For you are truly the only one who heals you.

I’m just the witness🌹

Have you asked your body:
What are you feeling?
What do you want me to know?
How can I support you?
How are you feeling emotionally?
It’s there anything you are needing to process emotionally?

Ask your body and then LISTEN for the response, the feedback your body gives you.

When you receive your response, just acknowledge and say Thank You, Body.

When we do a daily check in with the body, we land fully in the present. We have a caring and curious conversation with our body. We help our body be felt and heard and connected.
