Tiny on a tiny canvas. It took me a week to find him, but I laid my brush down an hour ago and I’m pleased with my interpretation of my new puppy. I think he likes it too.

Teaching yoga to families is a true passion of mine. I have witnessed firsthand the benefits of introducing children to yoga at a young age, as they tend to excel in most areas they pursue. Now, my former students, who are now between 20-37 years old, are introducing their own children to yoga. Here are photos of families I had the privilege of working with during the “Teachers Convention” break this week. Spikey now adds puppy yoga and is a very special partner to me again. Namaste 🙏🏼
