"I was impressed with the quality of care and experience at Granite Sports Medicine from the moment I started looking into doing PT with you all. The ease of scheduling was very helpful. The transparency provided with the billing process and understanding co-pays was very informative.

Alison is an exceptional PT. As a healthcare provider myself, it feels wonderful to be cared for by a provider that takes such a detailed approach to patient care. Alison is obviously very passionate about her work, stays up to date on current research and provides very holistic care and education. After struggling with a back injury for many months and making little progress in my recovery, I finally felt hopeful once I started seeing Alison. Now Iā€™m well on the road to full recovery and am incredibly grateful for her guidance and treatment.

Livingston local Dennis Alverson recently placed second in the worldā€™s longest and toughest horse race! Hereā€™s what he had to say about resolving old injuries and preparing to compete:

ā€œJust wanted to give a big thanks to Lexi and all the staff at Granite PT.

I suffered injuries from a horse wreck and was scheduled to compete in the Mongal derby the following season. This is the worldā€™s toughest and longest horse race - 1000km.

They got me up and running again in a few months and coached me into the fitness it took to compete again. I completed that race in 7 days, 20 hours earning a second place win. There was no way I could have done it without them. They were a big part of the win.ā€

Huge congrats to Dennis! We love preparing you for the activities you love!

This is Rachel. Rachel came to PT wearing an AWESOME shirt that we loved!

Did you know that BMI (body mass index) is not a meaningful metric? Some of our strongest, most muscular folks will test in the "overweight" or "obese" category, because muscle is denser than fat. What would actually be useful is an accurate body composition metric that tracks how we build muscle!
