The Movement Collaborative has some great opportunities for fitness classes this month and We would love for you to join us!
The Movement Collaborative is celebrating a month of Love and Sharing!! During the month of February, you can bring a friend to any of our classes for FREE. Share the love and exercise with someone you enjoy spending time with!
Our current class offerings are:
- Mondays, 5pm Rev with Rebecca! Rev is a high-energy group fitness class that blends upbeat cardio, simple choreography, and mindful movement—all set to an empowering rythmatic soundtrack. This class encourages you to challenge your body, release stress, and connect with others through music and movement.
- Tuesdays at 10am, Essentrics Stretching with Angela Devani. Join me to stretch, tone, strengthen and slenderize your body. This full body workout is Fun and is a great way to incorporate body weight strengthening exercises into your life. This class is great for all levels of fitness...from beginner to experienced athlete. It will help you strengthen your core, slenderize your waist, tone the thighs, support you with back aches and pains; and so much more!
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30 Yoga with Kelly. For the next 4 weeks, Kelly is guiding you through a Love Letter to Myself. It is an 4-week / 8-session movement series designed to cultivate self-love and body acceptance through gentle, intentional movement. Each class invites participants to explore themes of body awareness and emotional connection, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where all levels can engage in self-discovery and movement at their own pace. Join at any time to deepen your relationship with your body and embrace a kinder, more trusting approach to movement. Come to 1 class or come to all of them.
All of our classes can be joined with a drop in rate of $15 (which makes it $7.50 each if you bring a friend) or with our punch card system.
