Cold weather is coming, so let’s get it in TODAY 💪
If you know you won’t want to brave the icy roads later, this is your sign to show up, move your body, and knock it out now. A strong workout today = one less thing to stress about when the temps drop.
🏋️♂️ SATURDAY BEAT-THE-COLD WORKOUT
Full Body | 30–40 minutes
Warm-Up (5 minutes)
• Light cardio of choice
• Arm circles + shoulder openers
• Bodyweight squats
• Walking lunges
• Torso twists
🔥 Main Workout
Complete 4 rounds
1️⃣ Goblet Squats or Bodyweight Squats – 15 reps
2️⃣ Push-Ups or Bench Press – 10–12 reps
3️⃣ Reverse Lunges – 10 each leg
4️⃣ Bent-Over Rows or TRX Rows – 12 reps
5️⃣ Plank – 30–45 seconds
💨 Finisher
3 rounds:
• Row / Bike / Treadmill – 1 minute hard
• Wall Sit – 45 seconds
• Rest – 30 seconds
🧊 Cool Down
Stretch hips, hamstrings, chest, and shoulders for 5 minutes.
