Attitude. I know my Dad CHOSE to have a good attitude, even at the very end when life was painful. He was friendly kind and grateful to all, even to the hospital staff who often had to poke his thin bruised skin. 😔 His life sets a high bar for my family to follow. I will do my best to chose an attitude of gratitude, even on hard days thanks to my Dads example. It truly is a choice. When I’m 80, I’ll buy a cool new car 🚗 and will buy mobile Scooters for Jerry and me also. 😆

I rang the bell 🔔, got a free T-shirt, and “graduated” from physical therapy this morning!! I’m thrilled to be 12 days now without pain in my right elbow. It sure makes me empathetic for those with chronic pain. Many lessons have been learned from this experience. 😊
