Seven years ago today, Life in Motion Chiropractic opened its doors. From a ribbon cutting, to caring for patients every day, to the building we now call home… I wanted to take a moment to reflect on where we’ve come from— and what that journey has meant.

We started the office with two core tenets:
to be better than we were yesterday, and to create a patient experience unlike anything else in healthcare.

I truly couldn’t have scripted a more fulfilling ride. It’s been filled with growth, challenges, lessons, memories, long hours, sweat—and yes, even a few tears.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without an incredible support network. From the steadfast team up front to my anchors at home to the countless mentors who have challenged us to be better—and every patient in between.

Through it all, thank you for your continued trust and support, and for allowing us to be a part of your healthcare team.

Over these seven years, we’ve been given more lessons than we could ever recount, but a few stand out:
- Have a plan, but stay flexible
- Always do your best—and never be afraid to ask for help.
- Never stop climbing, but remember to enjoy the view.
- And one of my favorites: 'as we become better, our patients become better'

We recently released our winter newsletter to our patients, and included in that was a challenge. It's easy to be less active in the winter but to keep you moving and motivated we are challenging our followers as well to a Winter Wellness Reset!

8000 Steps
8 minutes of stretching
8 glasses of water

Dr. Perryman was away last weekend in Indianapolis completing advanced training in the Webster Technique. The Webster Technique is a gentle, specific chiropractic approach designed to assess and care for pregnant patients throughout all stages of pregnancy.

Pelvic and low back pain are extremely common during pregnancy, and this technique focuses on improving pelvic balance and mobility to help the pelvis expand more comfortably—creating optimal space for baby while keeping mom as comfortable as possible.
