I have been a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2000, as well as a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I am also certified in all the modalities listed on my services page of my website. I believe continuing education is key to serving your clientele with the best of care. I have worked with a diverse client population throughout my years in practice. From cancer patients, people with TMJ dysfunction, expectant mothers, athletes, sufferers of plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, migraines, and digestive issues. Overall stress reduction and improved immune function are other areas addressed on a regular basis. Experiences related to athletic performance include working intensely with Ironman Triathletes as well as other triathletes; football players, high school cross country runners, wrestlers , swimmers and tennis players. I am also a certified practitioner of Reflexology and Raindrop Technique therapy. Additionally at my offices, I offer classes on various topics related to your overall wellness. I love the work I do and feel privileged to help others attain their health and wellness goals.

Today marks 16 years since I opened the doors of Tri Life Connection and 2025 begins my 25th year as a massage therapist. I have to say, I am so fortunate to have a job that I truly love and the BEST CLIENTS in the world!! You make going to work everyday a pure joy. So many of you have been with me since that very first day!! Thank you all so very much for supporting my small business and trusting me with your wellness goals, for all these years. My doors would not remain open, if not for all of you. And I am forever grateful. 💜
