We are seeing this in Llano County. When they say opioid-like, it includes withdrawal when you stop it, just like stopping any narcotic. If you have been taking this for a while, see your doctor before you abruptly stop. The withdrawal can be severe. For everyone else, over-the-counter does not equal safe. This is something to avoid.
