5 spaces left- Liz Lawrence is returning to guide us in a Past Life Regression. In this experience, Liz will lead us to a former lifetime through a guided meditation. If you have never given it a try, Liz walks us through some visualization practice prior to the meditation to provide a basis for us to begin.

Each experience is different. As is my role, home, gender. In one of my last experiences, I had requested to go back and see where my mom and I had been together in a prior life. The year was 1736 and I learned she was my teacher. I always find it fascinating and learn something that helps me to understand some of the choices I have gravitated toward.

This week we return to the wonderful practice of self massage techniques with our balls. My introduction began many years ago at a workshop and found tremendous value in what I learned. Since then I’ve incorporated them into my life to help keep my physical tension areas from going off the rails and my mental and emotional states have improved with each roll. By Opening up tight connective tissue and allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to bring me to a more soothing place is a gift. Have a few places of tension in your body? Come and join us on the mat this month.
