It’s the season…We are back to our regular schedule of classes :)

we have our FREE - Full Moon meditation offered by the lovely Nancy , Monday at 7:30p (In-Studio and Virtual options available) Meryl is Back this Friday facilitating a new workshop - Healing from the Inside Out - Friday, 12/5 7:00 - 830p (see details below).

Good morning dear friends,

I have returned from a delightful trip and refilled my energetic well :))). I am back in the studio on Tuesday and am grateful to everyone who stepped in to guest teach and to all of you who participated in our classes while I was away.

This week’s highlights are Reiki 2 Training this Wednesday and Friday’s Lunchtime Sound Bath with Reiki, both begin at noon. Please sign up to reserve your space today.
