We sincerely hope you have had a beautiful month filled with many memory making moments. As we move into the last week of 2025 I wanted to share my gratitude for all of your love and support whether it was from a quick note, participating in a training, special event, sound healing or class. We appreciate each and every one of you!

May your 2026 be filled with Light and Love as we continue our journey together.

Wishing you all a beautiful holiday week! We had the good fortune to meet up for a YWL holiday lunch last Friday in Belmar . It was a joyous event, sharing stories and getting to know each other in a different setting.

Our little oasis in Loch Arbor is the place where many a friendship has been made. We are Blessed for sure and am so grateful for each and every one of you.

Reiki is a beautiful healing practice and a self care tool. Something that can be helpful during the holiday season. It is a gentle light touch therapy that can be deeply relaxing. We offer a 60 minute reiki session or 90 minute session that incorporates a multi instrument sound bath.

Reiki is a life long healing practice. I connect to this healing energy everyday, even if it’s just for a breath or two, and always feel better when I take steps for self care or offering it out to others.

Our next certification is on Wednesday 12/10/25 at noon for Reiki 3, $275
In Reiki III you will receive the Expert symbol, meaning and application, learn Japanese diagnostic techniques, ways to strengthen your energetic boundaries and deepen your intuition.

*Reiki I & II must be completed before this training. *

We have ongoing Reiki certification at all three levels!
