Susque-View Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is one of the area’s leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing quality care for the Lock Haven community. Our staff works together as a cohesive team in order to provide the best possible care to meet our resident’s needs. Whether you or a loved one is recovering from an acute illness or in need of long term care, our care staff is ready to assist with a variety services in a warm, caring environment. We are a 146 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, offering both Short-Term and Long-Term care. We have on site Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Services. We offer both in-patient and out-patient Rehabilitation Services.
