Already take a probiotic??

I cannot agree more with what this Dr is saying. We are the sickest country in the WORLD!!
Please stop saying you don’t have the time. You must make the time so you have MORE time with those you love!!
There is NO quick fix.
It’s work - every single day.

Move daily.
Eat REAL food.
Drink good quality water.
Eliminate toxic chemicals from your home and certainly ones you put on your body.
Limit screen time.
Surround yourself with people that have similar health goals.
Get fresh air and sunshine.
Get good quality SLEEP!
