"Came in a wheelchair with head injuries an in need of emergency hip surgery. Kyle Dodge took on my challenges.
He corrected my neck so my balance returned then strengthened my body to meet the surgery head on. TODAY, I AM A HAPPY PERSON. I can walk on my own and my ringing ears an dizziness is controlled.

Focus on the pause and stay in that moment. A short break gives your brain time to reset. Plus, a little sweetness makes it easier to keep moving. Sometimes all it takes to recharge a bit is a peaceful moment with something you like.
