Today marked the very first session of our Beyond the Workout series — and it set the tone exactly how we hoped!
This morning wasn’t about dieting.
It wasn’t about extremes.
It was about understanding how to properly fuel your body so your workouts actually pay off.
We talked:

• How much do you actually need
• Recovery, muscle retention & sustainable progress
• Practical strategies you can use immediately
So proud of our community for showing up, asking questions, and investing in their health beyond the workout.
