This March marks a very special milestone for us — Floss Family Dental is celebrating 10 years of being open and serving our beloved patients!

Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of caring for your smiles, your families, and your trust.

We are beyond grateful for the relationships we have built and the support you have shown us throughout the years.

Hello Floss Family! Please read below for an important update at the office!

We have changed software to communicate with patients and to take payments. You will be getting text messages that is not from our normal office phone number, but it is us messaging you!

When it’s the front desk texting you, they will always add their name in the message so you know it’s a person texting you! You can still messages us at the number where the automated message is coming from and we will see it that day, or the next business day if it is after hours.

We are working toward getting our office number imported with texting, but it’s taking a bit more time!

We also know some patients are receiving text messages about payments. We are still learning how the new system works, so if you have any questions please feel free to call the office!

These changes can be an inconvenient but we just ask for a little bit more patience during this change! We are always here to help with any questions and appreciate everyone’s patience.

We hope everyone has a beautiful start to their Monday morning! 🫶🏼♥️♥️

We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2026!

We also want to a second to introduce our new receptionist Chloe! She officially started with us on December 9th! She joined us at the busiest time of year and is killing it at her new role! We are so proud of her! She is one smart cookie!

We are so blessed to have her on our team as the newest member of the Floss Family! We can't wait to start the new year with her in 2026🥰🥰
