The holiday encourages people to enjoy their favorite potato chips and experiment with different flavors. You can't enjoy the chips without the Buffalo favorite dip.... Bison Brand French Onion!

Last evening, The Annual Game Dinner, lovingly prepared by owners Dave & Chris was held in the diner, attended by the 36 residents that had made reservations to attend!

Some of them came for the memories of their own days of hunting - or - of Mom's meals prepared from dad's hunts. Others came to experience something new! But everyone agreed the food, the stories and the social interaction was wonderful!

The menu:
Venison Chili; Pheasant with seasoned rice; Goose over garlic mashed potatoes; Venison liver with sauteed onions; and to top it all off - Georgia's gourmet cupcakes!

Last night the residents enjoyed our annual homemade, authentic Italian dinner, courtesy of owners Dave and Chris! On the menu was stracciatella soup, cannelloni, pizza bread, and struffoli for dessert. Everyone had a wonderful time!
