Happy February 1st Zen Den family. Something new has been added to enhance your massage experience.....warm bamboo! I obtained this certification awhile back, and am offering it to y'all. The bamboo is utilized throughout the whole massage to help with adhesions and stress.. Its an amazing experience!

Happy Monday Zen Den family! Wishing everyone a fantastic New Year! Start the year off right with some red light therapy. This modality can be added to any service. The session is 15 minutes

Happy Monday morning Zen Den Family. This is my positivity potato. He sits on my counter and I'm sure many of you have seen him. He's just a constant reminder that no matter what the day brings, stay positive and realign your thinking. It's at a time like this when I have to remind myself of his power!

Always remember, when you take the time to book an appointment with Zen Wellness, I show up early to prep for my session. So when you no call/no show, that means that no one else could book at that time either. And payment is still required.
