NEW Guided Hypnotic Meditation!
I'm so excited, I can't make this short so sit down, grab a coffee or tea, and prepare for a novel.
I just had a profound experience during a self-guided hypnotic meditation that I want to share with you. Let's take a moment and have a personal "heart-to-heart" about who I am as a bodyworker, hypnosis, my personal experience thus far, and where I feel this journey is leading me as a practitioner.
As many of my clients already know, I had taken hypnosis off my services in December as the "Past Experience Regression" technique that I learned was lengthy (3-5 hours per session) and I rarely had enough time on my schedule to book a session. It also took a lot out of me energetically, often leaving me "drained" or fatigued for the remainder of the day and sometimes into the next day. Although the sessions were extremely helpful for the clients, the technique just didn't quite feel right for me as a practitioner. Until today….
I often take a few moments in the morning before work to meditate. This helps me center and ground myself so that I can be fully present for my individual clients, connect with them, and be a vessel for them to find the healing that they need. I do not consider myself a "healer" but more so a "facilitator" of self-healing. I consider myself an intuitive bodyworker. I take in what my clients tell me about how they're feeling but I also allow myself to connect to what their energy is telling me. I then combine that information to determine how best to approach the session to help them reach their goals. I allow my hands to guide me while working on the client and the session often builds itself as we go.
Hypnosis seemed like a logical next step in my growth as an intuitive bodyworker as it would create a bridge between the mind, body, and spirit to allow us to explore mental and spiritual blockages that may be contributing to physical pain and discomfort. When viewing the human body from a holistic perspective, the physical aspect of the body is not always the only contributing factor in dysregulation and imbalance. Often times, the mental/emotional and spiritual aspects can play a part as well. Hypnosis allows us (myself and my client) to bypass the left side of the brain (logical/analytical), activate the right side of the brain (creative/intuitive), and explore the subconscious mind to unlock inner-knowledge that can help the client "let go" of things they are unknowingly "holding" within their physical body.
As I began offering Past Experience Regression sessions, the clients often times came out with a renewed sense of understanding and enlightenment. It was an amazing experience for the client and I knew I was on the right path and hypnosis was the right next step for my practice. However, the technique itself was leaving me completely drained leading to needing multiple days of recovery to refocus my mind. Something just didn’t feel "right" to me about how it was being utilized. I took it off my schedule to "go back to the drawing board", so to speak, to determine what changes needed to be made for me to provide this service in the way I was supposed to be providing it.
As an "out-of-the-box" free-thinker, I always put my own thoughts and ideas into the therapies I use. I am not a protocol follower or a modality follower, I take everything I know and create unique bodywork treatments and sessions for each individual pulling from all knowledge. This was no different when it came to hypnosis. During the 6 months I offered hypnosis, my sessions slowly began to morph, pulling in aspects of taught scripts as well as my own scripts. Sessions began to move away from past experience regression and more towards spiritual guidance, inner-knowledge, and unlocking the answers to questions from within. What I found was, when clients found the answers they sought within themselves, not only did it help their physical bodies, it also helped their mental/emotional aspects as they came out with a renewed sense of self, and a new perspective of the mind and how it can be accessed and utilized for inner and outer healing. I knew this was what I wanted to focus on but I wasn't sure how to consolidate it into a shorter session that would not leave me in a dysregulated multi-day recovery mode, until today…..
I setup for self-guided meditation this morning with no set plan, no specific script or idea of where I wanted to go, or what I wanted to explore. I allowed myself to "lead myself on the fly", make it up as I went along, and what happened was nothing short of amazing. An entire guided meditation created itself, from centering, grounding, protecting, to exploring specific places and specific things that were completely unplanned. The script wrote itself, it was complete, it was effective, and it was renewing. It was perfect. So now, I would like to offer it to you. If you are interested in learning about hypnosis, exploring your inner-self, and seeing what amazing inner-wisdom you have hidden inside, I would be honored to guide you through my new hypnotic meditation to unlock the answers you already have inside you.
Send a PM and let's go on a journey within, together.
