We are celebrating Diabetes Awareness month with a free screening and test for members of our community. Living Water Community Clinic and Lake of the Woods Lions Club are partnering together to provide onsite testing and detection of Diabetes 2, education, and next steps to keep our communities healthy.

Diabetes is one of the most common and costly chronic conditions in the U.S.

But it’s also manageable with early detection, education, and access to care.

At NAFC clinics nationwide, patients without insurance get access to:
