There is an adage that Form follows Function. In Chiropractic terms any biomechanical hindrance to optimal mobility is reflected in movement (or lack thereof). Seriously, fifteen minutes truly flies by...and can (almost always) be fit into a busy day. In fact, if you just read this you have used time that would have initiated that walk around the block! I hope you read this and that you take the steps to change the length and quality of your life!
