Today everyone needs to be well informed on ways to stay healthy. Simply put - we all do from birth on. When your spine is in the correct alignment, flexible and moving well, it provides for your nervous system to effectively communicate to the rest of your body. At Spring Creek Family Chiropractic, we have a different approach when it comes to chiropractic and function. Our main focus is preconception health, helping moms and dads have better pregnancies and healthier babies! We were lucky enough to get a tour around Reach Out Lodi, they are doing such incredible things there. We are honored to have been able to help!

We all need a safe space in times of increased stress. If you plan ahead for a space that you and your child can go to help decrease their environmental demand, it can change the trajectory of the deflective behavior that occurs during these times of increased stress.

Schedule a time during the day to proactively give your child some space from the hustle and bustle. Giving them this safe space without any extra environmental demand (smells, noise, etc) can change your holiday stress into a time of planned success.
