An LN4 Ambassador and/or Ambassador Organization fitting a person with a prosthetic hand increases the hand recipient's likelihood of ACTUALLY USING THE HAND!! Recipients receive training, support, and guidance in how the hand can best serve them. Of course, we always provide a hand to anyone in need but some people live far from Ambassadors and have to learn to fit themselves. This works but is not ideal.
