Residents retain their autonomy and privacy while enjoying a wide array of services to enhance their quality of life. They experience a relaxed and carefree lifestyle in a quiet suburban neighborhood 12 miles north of Stockton in Lodi. The community offers a service-rich environment as well as plentiful resident-centered activities so each resident can participate to the level they desire. Additionally, they gain added peace of mind knowing staff is on hand 24 hours each day. The two-story building consists of 96 apartments and provides a choice of studio or one-bedroom floor plans. There is complimentary covered parking and a backyard patio with outdoor barbeque. Each apartment offers either a patio or balcony. Kitchens and appliances, including the refrigerator, are full-sized; there are no kitchenettes. Every apartment is equipped – in both the bedroom and the bathroom – with a state-of-the-art emergency response system. Individual climate control for the central heating and air-conditioning lets residents determine their own level of comfort. Maintenance and all utilities, except personal phones, are included in the rent. And by the way, small pets are welcome.
